Need help in identifying this coin

Never have seen a reverse like that, probably a token, jmo.
It is a charm or amulet, not a coin. Machine-struck; the dots in the background on both sides are intended to simulate the sandy, irregular background of genuine cast coins.

Apparently I have been awarded one DPOTD.
I hadn't seen this one before, either, but I'm not a specialist in these, although I know that the variety of sizes and designs of these amulets is quite extensive.
The appearance of a second example on the below internet auction site has made me suspicious that this is a modern Chinese fake. Note the white deposit on the edge of the O/P coin, not on the auction example.
