No? I found something other than machine doubling or deterioration doubling?

How do you not see the split serif on the bottom of the 2 and the 9?

Not to mention the the doubling all the way up the ear.

Maybe you posted the wrong pictures? There's no split serif in the pics you posted above.

Slight circulation damage/ too high of magnification makes you see things/ Pareidolia!

There is not a serif on either the 9 or the 2 much less a split serif.

If you're talking about the left side of the bottom of the 2, that's just a contact mark. (damage)

You really would be better served by spending a few weeks looking at high resolution photos of actual errors and varieties in the archives of Heritage and other auction sites. If you see 1000 actual doubled dies, you will be less likely to be fooled in the future by contact marks and other illusions on coins from circulation.

I would also suggest, as others have, that you should look for KNOWN varieties. It is hard enough to find a known variety much less a discovery coin. If you think you have a 1992-D DDO quarter, go to Variety Vista or another reference and see if there is a known one that matches yours EXACTLY.

I cannot see what is not there. There is no shame in the realization that perhaps recognizing errors and varieties is not for you. ;) I do not say that in a mean sprit or to pick on you, only to suggest that you do not seem to possess the skills to achieve what you are trying to do at this time.
