Penny 2001 (VDB Error)

Hello All, I'm new to the site. Didn't have a very good experience on the COIN Help U Community. I recently came cross the Collectors Universe after becoming a PCGS member, and thought I would try the site out. I just found a VDB error on my 2001 penny. Can I classify it as an error or chalk it up as just damage?

    That is just damage. Possibly deliberate.
