Reholder submissions

I submitted a reholder of a relatively common American silver proof eagle in an NGC 70 holder where the holder had not been properly sealed. I bought it from a dealer who did not want to be bothered with submitting it. It took over a month for them to do the order entry then nearly at the time when it would have been done, I get an email saying that due to holder damage they could not reholder it but it would have to be graded afresh!

Contact the dealer and ask for a refund for the grading costs (~$19 I think). Should hopefully be a simple fix if the dealer is legit.

If it wasn't sealed, they can't be sure the coin hasn't been switched. I get the issue, but the dealer should have been the one to deal with it, given their role with our hosts
