    the description says ,,,,, this coin has been graded MS-64 by PCGS

    Gone.
    Most likely they just copied a description from somebody else's sale.

    It has been removed by eBay.
    Someone must have reported it.

    It had 14 bids when I reported it at about 11:00 PM (before showing it here) with less than 40 minutes to go.
    I've got to hand it to eBay for working 'around the clock' on these issues.

    Even after bidding ends, eBay can remove it up until such time the bidder has payed for it.

    Even after the bidder pays eBay can step in. I (purposely) purchased a counterfeit (contemporary) and was refunded after a BIN from eBay. I had paid and within a few hours received notification eBay had canceled the BIN and refunded me.
