1589? Henri III Double Tournois Amiens. Thoughts?

Hello. I am wondering if I have the date right. The copper on the second digit is almost worn off and it's completely worn off on the last 2. To my eye I believe there is a very faint trace of "89" on the last two numerals but I am wondering what other people's opinions on it are and what they thing the value of it might be. Thanks in advance to all who reply.
