I had an economy submission have grades pop yesterday, and it was delivered on 9-12-23.
The regular submission in the same box is still in encapsulation.

Wow, that’s very fast.
I submitted 8 Morgan's last week. I'm hoping for speedy service also. Sounds like PCGS has their act together.

66 coins?!
My 15 coin regular sub has been in "Received" since 9/12. It consists of 1938-53 Proof coins.

My order posted grades today after sitting in QA alone for 22 days.
Congratulations on almost getting to that step.
I just went from received to grading after 8 weeks.
Just checked Order Status again and see that my 66 coin order that was received on 9-13-2023 is now in Quality Check.
At this rate the grades may pop and the newly graded coins may be shipped back to me by the end of the week. If so, then from start to finish would be less than a month.
I have had one in received since August 11. Hoping they try to get to it. Many economy from the same time are done and returned.
@SanctionII
Once my orders went to QA, the grades popped within an hour.
PCGS was downright speedy with my two orders - a little over half a month each.

Grades on the 66 coins posted yesterday. 22 days from receipt of the coins to grades posting.
PCGS still is very conservative in awarding Cameo and DCAM designations. Out of 66 coins 4 received a DCAM designation and 9 received a Cameo designation.
Any standouts?

I was rooting for you to pop a couple dozen dcam’s on this order. I’ve had excellent success with my submissions that posted grades since after the ANA. This may fall into the category of if it’s too good to be true (grades post in just a matter of days) like usual when that happens, PCGS has a tendency to be tight.
The 66 coins are 1965 to 1969 SMS and Proof coins.

The four 1968 cents are part of a "run" of coins struck from fresh dies. They all look perfect with mirrored fields and DCAM frost. I thougth they all would grade PF68 or even PF69 DCAM.
The SP 68 1965 dime is a knockout, as is the 1968 PF69DCAM dime.
The 1969 PF67 CAM half (it is a gorgeous toner).
Reading the boards I notice that coins are coming back quicker than many expected from TPG?
If true, were coins being withheld waiting for CAC grading to open?
Or is this confirmation that the market has slowed?
Maybe I'm reading this incorrectly?
