    No also, not enough going for it - My 66 - No CAM designation and there is some frost to it, probably just not enough on the reverse.

    Agree with the comments above….
    This is a tough game to play.
    You seem very passionate about the hobby, highly recommend you spend a generous amount of time at any coin show you can and look/study every coin you can that interests you…
    In the long run you will learn SO much and also SAVE so much!

    An emphatic NO! All I see is a very common date proof that will not get a cameo designation and has haze issues as well.
