Because it's a Registry Quality Coin. And they are allowed to be listed on the Registry Forum. Is this an issue for you for some reason other than to trash my thread?

    I'm not trashing your thread!
It belongs in the BST forum.

Yes, Registry quality coins and registry sets for sale are allowed in the registry forum. Check the first page. I see
    3 for sale threads.

Very nice coin Jim. Looks PL to me.

Just because there are coins for sale in this forum doesn't mean that they SHOULD be here
That's why there is a BST for that
    again

I have no issue with a high grade Registry quality coin being offered here.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this coin being listed for sale in this category.

I love that coin and wish it were mine.

I know I know just buy it and it would be mine. Just can’t do it. I’ve been bleeding badly the last couple months

It appears, at the rate this listing is moving the coin might be available when you stop bleeding...LOL

Oh, I checked your credit score, you're good for a two-month credit plan... ;)

I don't often look at the BST but waiting for you to offer one here that will upgrade my set. THEN WE'LL TALK.

It's just a matter of time before this one upgrades to MS 68FB or better!!!! I just don't have the time or the effort to try. PM Onlyroosies, he's seen the coin and ask if it's worth the effort. It's so close to PL...

Oh I agree, as I said earlier it's a very nice Roosie. My issue is, my current 51-S is a ms68fb. As it's been said before, it's hard to tell without seeing the coin in hand but I agree it's got a shot. Considered buying it anyway and submitting for the upgrade. If it did, I could flip it and have $$$ to chase another that would upgrade. But if I'm being honest, I wouldn't sell it. I'd be sitting on 2 ms68's. I like it that much.

LabLover, That is an amazing dime you have for sale...here...on this very forum....where you have been a main poster....of monster threads....and MONSTER coins....for sale too....for going on 20+ years! In fact I've bought some amazing dimes from you on this very forum.

This coin should sell quickly, and for goodness sakes, please continue to post incredible eye candy, it's Halloween tomorrow.

    Later, Paul.

    Thanks buddy!

But I'm pretty much out of coin collecting. I only have two Roosies remaining, the 51-S above and a 1963 MS67FB. Have a few Mercury Dimes that I'm trying to build a 1940-1945 Short Set in MS67+. However, that may not last much longer. Just don't have the desire to collect and spend money on coins at this stage of life.

    I'll still lurk the boards...

    @lablover
    I’m still bleeding and it’s
Probably beyond my comfort zone but what’s the combination price for the two dimes (51-s & 63)?
You cam PM me if you prefer
