I was very surprised when I just read that Roger the Dodger is the wealthiest NFL player. Article said the most he ever made playing was 160K.
his net worth is currently at 600MM!!! can you believe that!
apparently he made it through real estate.

Yes, Staubach did very well for himself.
Always nice to see some athletes who made it big after retirement from professional sports.
Too many of them get swindled into poor business ventures from corrupt business managers, and so-called "friends" who lead them astray in various ways.
A divorce or two or three doesn't help either.

Excluding family money which is a cheat code the two richest active athletes are Ronaldo and Messi. Jordan likely is over all after the hornets sale, but when its said and done it will probably be Ronaldo or Messi. Neymar is pretty close too. The big soccer players make over a 100 million a year
