PSA Vault help

Hi All
I’m in the UK and have just signed up to the vault. I buy a lot of raw cards in the US and thought to save the import fees, just send them direct to my vault. I have now discovered that the vault is only for graded cards. I have tried to contact PSA via email with no response and have tried to call, but the number is out of service. I really need a bit of help, as my cards have been delivered to an address but I have no idea where they physically are. Thanks in advance.

When you say you sent them an email, was it to info@psacard.com? Can take over a week to get a response, when did you email them?
If you are trying to dial the (800) number from UK, then I could see why it is not connecting as that # only works in the USA. You need to call Santa Ana or New Jersey local number ( I imagine there is one on the website somewhere)

Thanks all. The outside US number was (949) 833-8824 as listed on their website, but I’ll try the one you’ve supplied on Monday. I really hope the cards haven’t been lost. Thanks once again.
