It could be 65 but I'm guessing it's rougher than it appears and it would probably grade at 63.

62-63 because the pics make it hard to determine if the luster pops!. If indeed the luster is there, I would say possible 64!

I'm in the 63 camp with a caveat. It appears dipped ( which isn't always bad) but I think our host is really tough on some coins previously dipped. It may be considered "cleaned".
