Is photo manipulation becoming even more prevalent on the bay?

I've noticed lately many more sellers, some supposedly reputable, smoothing the details to where the coin is au67. Circulated Raw coins are selling for as much as slabbed ms65s. Is this the new normal. The collectors buying these coins are getting fleeced. Sad.
