What made you decide to buy that particular coin?
it’s housed in a green PCGS holder w/a potential for an upgrade.
The pictures aren’t clear, but from what I can see, the coin looks like a 63, at best. I’m having a hard time envisioning how any added value from a potential upgrade would merit the cost of a resubmission.

I agree. My original thought was 62 but said 63 due to originality. I don't think it will grade higher than 63 either.
The PCGS value range is pretty tight. $210 for MS60 to $335 for MS64. Most likely a MS63 (or possibly MS62) because of the obverse hits. What's the grade? Higher grade Barber Dimes depend a lot on luster.
That's a nice MS62! Enjoy the coin. The bump from MS62 to 63 is $45 and in my mind not worth the hassle of trying to upgrade it unless you want to do it as a learning experience.
Agree with @DisneyFan …If you want to spend a little with the greatest potential send it to CAC, if they agree with you and perhaps get a gold CAC then you are money ahead…
As is it’s a nice dime in an OGH

My guess is 63. Looks original, not dipped out.

No better than 63 with a 62 a real possibility. The coin would have to be seen in-hand.
