Question for the VAM followers on an 04-O

So my question is that the obv seems to have most of the markers for VAM 4B, rusty fishhook. The problem is that not all the obv markers are in place (the clash marks off the neck are not what is shown on VAMworld) and the rev has none of the rust pitting.

So, in your opinion is this a different die state/marriage that is currently not listed on VAMworld, or is it listed and I just overlooked it. I know my photos leave something to be desired but appreciate any attempts to answer my question.
