This is the coin I was asking about whether I should resubmit. I am curious what it would be considered nowadays. Do any vams make a notable increase in value

No, do not resubmit it. It is more valuable the way it is.
Type collector, mainly into Seated. -formerly Ownerofawheatiehorde. Good BST transactions with: mirabela, OKCC, MICHAELDIXON, Gerard
Why is that? I'm just curious what makes it more valuable like this
I like your coin it looks very clean
If you submit it do not send in the anacs card keep it. You have nothing to loose except the grading fee
Edited to add a better obverse picture would be nice.

People collect the ANACS Photo Certs - you should find out how much its worth in the ANACS holder before you consider cracking it out.
I thought these are Whitman holders that would be put on by the owner
Old anacs slab, I don't see many of them these days. I'd keep it as is due to the old photo cert, jmo
Its an ANACS photo cert housed in a Capital holder. I like it how it is. It would probably grade 65 or 66 if sent in. The obverse counts more towards the grade than the reverse. In my opinion I would leave it alone.

If you change your thread title to something like "Value of 1883-CC Morgan ANACS Photo Cert?", members that collect ANACS Photo Certs will be more likely to see it and comment.
Thank you
I should not have called it an ANACS holder; @gumby1234 is correct - the holder is a Capitol holder that houses the ANACS Photo Cert and the coin. And you are right that the owner would have put it in this holder. It does make for a nice presentation of the Cert and the coin, though.
It really does the guy I bought this from wanted to just swap it for a roll of 20 junk silver dollars
Keep it as is. An intact Capital Plastics lucite holder with coin and ANACS certificate is a plus in today's market. 1883-CC is not a rare date so the holder itself adds interest. How would it grade today? Only THE SHADOW knows!
Based on the obverse photos, I would think the coin would max out at around 65. The reverse might be 67, but the obverse will hold it to a 65 maybe a 65+. Melt on a roll of Morgans is around $360. 83CC in 65 is around $600. 66 will double that to around $1200. The trade sounds good, but I wouldn't submit it and would leave it as is.
Love the split grade. Wish it was still done.
