I am curious if there's anyone with knowledge on this coin who could help me verify the one I have that really seems right? I want to know what the best way to get pictures to help me identify it would be I have a microscope but I know it's not easy to get clear pictures. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you I'm not posting pictures as I really don't want to be obnoxious if they are not good quality or taken the most accurate way

Should be easy to get clear pictures if you have a USB microscope on a stand. If you have one, go ahead and take pictures to show. If not, no worries. The 1982 FS-1801 DDR is a rare variety, so it would not be a typical beginner find, by any means.
Beginners commonly confuse non-collectible forms of doubling (e.g. mechanical doubling or die deterioration doubling) for true die doubling.
All I can add is that it must match exactly the examples shown on resources such as Variety Vista., etc.
It's a BIG spread. You should not need anyone's opinion on whether or not you have one. It will be obvious.![](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/editor/n6/ex5uv0uqagmx.jpg)

I have one that looks about right it's got more wear or maybe die deterioration perhaps I've shown 2 other people who don't collect so far for unbiased perspective and they see it too. Ill take some pics when I get off work today and post them. I really appreciate your guys' help. I just don't like to get ahead of myself
You can compare it to these pictures from Variety Vista..........

I appreciate the variety vista idea but what I'm explaining is that I already have compared it to there and coneca and other sources and I'd just like some fresh eyes I'm uploading pics now
I see nothing that suggests even remotely that this is a DDR.

Looks like some shelf doubling on the bottoms of RI M of E PLURIBUS UNUM.
Does not match the spread shown in the photo @DCW posted.
Keep searching. It's a numbers game; the more you look, the more you'll find. The 82 ddr is extremely rare, on par with the 1969-s ddo. I am unaware of any others being found since it's discovery about 10 or 15 years back.
Good luck. Your photos are excellent!
