Do common date/grade Rattlers still command a premium?

It's been over 10 years since I've discussed or read about plastic collecting, however I recall the rage around rattlers was they were more conservatively graded and hence there was a premium for them.
10 years removed, is there still a premium for common date 82 Carson City in ms63 such as https://www.ebay.com/itm/186091898718?
If so, what sort of premiums are you seeing on common date/common grade rattlers in the market these a days?

You are aware that the coin you linked on Ebay is not a rattler holder; right???
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Yes
I have many rattlers. Two commons are ms64 1923 peace. One is a straight up ms65 and the other has a very slight rinse residual and only when tilted under a light. Still probably a 64.
Ten+ times exhibited last 5 years. Never a sniff at 64 money. That's OK because guide is $100+ and was $55 when I bought them.
I don't see the premium. Ymmv
As always, it depends on the coin. There is often a very nice premium for strong-for-the-grade coins in rattlers. Ugly coins in rattlers or coins that are “barely-there” for the grade do not necessarily bring a premium.
