For the PCGS Rattler fans...

I'm happy to announce the release of my free Rattler Scanner app. It was originally designed to automatically read serial numbers of PCGS rattler slabs and look up their coin facts and certification data. It has been expanded to read any PCGS or NGC slab's coin ID/serial including early slabs without a barcode.
I wrote it so I could easily scan coins at shows and look at their price guide information without having to manually type in numbers. Please try it out and I hope you enjoy it. Thanks.

Thanks
It works as described.
Was hoping it would pull up certs that have been written over: 5018632. Possibly to add old database information and possibly a best guess on remaining populations left?
Thanks for the comment @johnny010. So 5018632 is still in a rattler but PCGS along the way re-used the cert number and the information is lost? I have no idea how I would even know that. But are you suggested the user could mark that cert as invalid somehow and the app build up a database for everyone to see with all invalid certs that are still in rattlers?
And general populations left in rattlers are a completely mystery. Perhaps if 10k people were using this it could build up a scanned number count of coins but that would be a small fraction of the actual rattlers out there hiding in coin shops or private collections.
Very cool product! Thanks! Going to download it now. Appreciate it! karl
Neat. Do you have an android version for those of us without apple?

Sorry not at this time. Maybe some day after I get rich and famous off this free app.
