Looks like a regular reverse to me. The E and S of STATES are touching.

@Snowwoman23, so just that you know, this is what a type B reverse looks like. There needs to be a space separating the E and S in STATES like this one. Also E PLURIBUS UNUM has bold distinctive letters as would a proof.
