I recently found this in a roll can u tell me what is wrong with it and if I should send it in? If so to who? Also it is only 1 penny multiple pictures with and without flash at different angles. I am new to the collecting and am trying to figure out what to call everything and what to look for.

That is what we call PMD - "post mint damage" - meaning it was damaged after it left the Mint.

Your coin is very severely damaged, at that. It is worth 1 cent. You may spend it freely.

Just a badly damaged coin known as road kill. Spend it while you can.
