Ed Brinkman, who's neck made him a half foot taller and Walt 'No Neck' Williams.

10-09-1970 Denny McLain Traded by Detroit Tigers with Don Wert, Norm McRae and Elliott Maddox to Washington Senators in exchange for Ed Brinkman, Aurelio Rodriguez, Joe Coleman and Jim Hannan (October 9, 1970).

Ended up being a steal for Detroit!
