1795 Cohen-6b Liberty Cap Half Cent

Here is another recent acquisition of one of the Rarer Early Half Cents
A 1795 C-6b Liberty Cap (Rarity-5 with 50 estimated to exist).
It has the No-pole Obverse and Breen's "D" reverse with the leaf tip just under the I in LIBERTY.
This diagnostic by itself identifies the variety as it was only used on the C-6.
It was made on a thick planchet (111 grains) thus the 'b' designation.
They date is not visible as is the case with a lot of these worn examples. (this die was re-worked and the pole was erased and the date weakened)
Still a fun find!
