Is this 78 CC overgraded?

Sitting in a 63 holder, but in my eyes seems to have quite a bit of chatter for a 63. Where do you think our host would grade it at?

A bit of an etiquette breach to disparage a seller’s coin that is actively being offered for sale.

There are exceptions for listings that violate hobby ethics (inaccurately described, counterfeit, juiced pictures, bad sales practices, etc.), but I don’t see that to be the case here.

Hate to comment on less than perfect pics as listed. I went into the hosts images for a 63 and just picked one; glad I don't collect or grade Morgans (genuine ones anyway)!

Next time just copy and paste the pics without the link to the seller's listing.
Oh, yes, I'd say it's a tad over graded. I see it at a 62 and no more.

Edit: I was commenting on the wrong coin. No opinion.

Hard to be exact due to picture quality. Luster looks to be really strong and nice so they may have bumped it up a grade. But, yeah, plenty of (maybe too many) bagmarks for a 63.

Why single out that particular listing?
The pictures aren’t very good ones for making a grading assessment. And even if they were and the coin was over-graded, there are countless other examples that are much worse.

Pictures make it a bit hard to tell. If I were guessing, I would say 62 but on a good day they may let it slide as a 63. The POPs actually show more in 63 than 62 so a least that’s a good sign that they may be a tad more liberal with the date.
