There’s a non Topps book with Bowman, Red Man, etc. which rocks.

Oh don't even get me STARTED on that amazing book! I remember in the mid-90s looking through it at my middle school library! I was so happy back in the mid-late 2000s(?) to get my own copy and later the football book as well! After all in those pre-Internet days this was the only way you could see what all those old cards looked like if you couldn't afford to get the real deal.

What can I say? I like big books and I cannot lie!

Cut them out and send them in for grading. PSA will do newspaper clippings so why not these pieces of art? I want the first hand cut 1952 Mantle PSA 10.

Cool book. I remember flipping through that book at the bookstore when it came out.
They also had similar books broken down by decades (Topps cards of the 50s, 60s, etc).
And Surf laundry detergent of all things, put out Topps Team books. Great for the team collectors.

Not sure if this is the book he is referring to, but I have it and it has pre-Topps sets. It's been a while since I looked at it, so I don't recall if it had oddball sets like Red Man or others

Had these since they came out. Can't remember where I got several copies from... may have been handed out at a Tigers game.
