PSA Email response time...

I sent an email to info@psacard.com on Tuesday regarding some cracked slabs I received. This has never happened to me before, so I've never reached out for assistance.

Any ideas how long I should expect to wait for a reply?

I've tried several times and never gotten a reply from using that address even though they put it on everything as a way to contact them. I'm not sure why they keep putting the address out there or why I keep using it.

I'd use the Customer Service portal way to contact them. That does seem to work.

things have definitely slowed a bit. I miscounted my on my order sheet and they corrected but need me to put a value on them. So my order is on hold. it's been on hold since august 18, I have heard nothing.

Work hard and you will succeed!!

I reported an error on one of my card listings. I didn't hear from them for quite awhile, so I figured my sub was stuck until I heard back. When my sub went from Grading to Assembly, I was notified the error was corrected.
So it's possible your order is moving forward and you'll be notified when it reaches the next stage.

Info@psacard.com is NOT how you report any defects/errors/damage from a newly returned sub. For those issues you go into your account and use the "Customer Request Center" and it will walk you through the steps and let you submit pics, etc....

Contained within that auto-response you probably auto deleted was the answer
    Within 5 BUSINESS DAYS

I always get answers within the time frame " normally "
Peak season- well I cut some slack and give them 5-10 business days
I remember how many cases they have to review ( thousands) and it reminds me to be patient

They are taking a long time. I sent an email for a review with pictures of a PSA 9 card recently purchased on COMC that has several scratches. It was sent at the beginning of August. I received a reply from one representative stating someone would be in touch the next day. 2 weeks later a follow up from a different person asking for more close-up pictures. I sent the answered the same day and still have not received a reply. Over a month now. Good luck with yours.
