Do you have a membership with PCGS to have a voucher? You can certainly submit such a coin if they recognize it. Would you like to show a picture to the forum and we can help you with questions like if it is worth it to submit, etc.

The voucher doesn't cover Variety Attribution fees, so you'll still have to pay for that part.

Take a picture with your cell phone. Write up the comment and then "save the draft" Go to categories and go all the way to the bottom and you will see your Drafts. You may need to load the forum site to your cell phone also. Then click on the draft from your cell phone and load the photo from the cell phone to the draft.

This is pretty complicated explanation, just take a picture in focus on your cell phone or similar, sign into the forum, and attach a picture using the icon above. No need to do anything on the draft or anything else. The attach photo icon is the last one on the right on the top.
