Found a 2015 Nickel with a possible "unibrow" dye chip running across the top of the nose and left (right) eye - PMD or chip?

The relief is hard to tell from the pics. Is it a raised lump or a gouge?

It would seem to be a die chip then.

    Strange area for die chips.

It looks like a well placed hit from where I sit, that raised/pushed the metal up.

Hard to tell from the photos but this seems likely. It would otherwise be two side-by-side die chips in an odd place for a die chip.
