Although I think you already know the answer, no it is not worth grading and if you want to sell it you should maybe try eBay. The coin looks uncirculated but has some marks etc. that would bring the grade down. Not even close to being worth getting graded unless you have a particular purpose.

Since I have, conservatively, at least 20 rolls, no thanks.
But if you buy coins from me and have YNs in your house, I occasionally throw in some Unc steelies gratas.
