It is missing part of the copper but certainly not worth the cost of grading as
as that would far exceed the value of the cent.
Post-mint damage of some sort. Worth one cent.
really. no value here? its obviously an error right?

is this worth grading u think
Doubtful. The cost of grading exceeds the value of the coin.
What grade do you think it would get? [Compare your coin to the photos in the PCGS photograph guide. ]
What's the value in the price guide?
What's the cost of submission?
You'd have to get at least a 66.
If these coins are very special to you, having them graded will certainly make them specialer.
