    I commented about just such a thing in the "Customer Service" thread a few days ago. Fixing this part of the Order Page would help, but it always seems like the data entry portion of it is done before the actual process has been completed. In your case, the coins have probably been graded and images aren't completed/processed. It happens to me with every submission.

    Mine shows in Quality Check and shipping next but no grades yet.

    Maybe if they added a section called Grades Posted it would help…presumably after quality check and before shipping

    All about managing expectations up front.
