While I regularly post and read the U.S. Coin forum as I'm a "coin guy", I don't read this particular forum. However, I came across the below article, and found it fascinating, and believe some of you might enjoy it. My apologies if this has already appeared here, as this article appeared in my local newspaper a few weeks ago.

Interesting read.
Being a former printer myself, I can appreciate the work that went into producing that
counterfeit proof currency without the modern technology and presses we have today.
