Double Die or Die Shift

Hi all. Here's a pictures of a penny. I was wondering if it's a Double Die or a Die Shift ? I believe it's a Die Shift.

That is commonly known as machine doubling or mechanical doubling.

I have not heard it called "die shift" before but, as mentioned on error-ref.com, machine doubling has many synonyms.

It appears to be mechanical doubling, which is another term for die shift, if I recall correctly.
