Can this 1834 Half Cent make it into a Non-Details slab?

I have this 1834 1/2 Cent that has some cruddy looking stuff surrounding some of the letters on the reverse. Would it make a non-details slab in this condition? If I get it conserved, do you think it’ll have a shot? I just like this coin bc it reminds me of an old leather shoe 😆

Without seeing the obverse, it may get environmental details due to all the pvc. Definitely looks like it needs conserved.

Likewise assuming the obverse is fine, I think it’s a decent shot at straight grading as is.
You could always try some acetone ( or old Blue Ribbon), but I think the area will remain dark, and the services seem forgiving on this.
