Brunk does not list this counterstamp or any close variation. The inclusion of "Maker" leads me to believe that it is a trial stamp and this same stamp would be found on machinery, metal work or a name plate rather than fine work. I did not find any C. Dike in a quick search of known silversmith, gun maker and die sinker stamps.

Pretty neat!
I did look on the web and couldn't find anything..
I looked on the Brunk / Rich Hartzog counterstamp list and did not find it:

Ya, I emailed Rich also, Ill see what happens, normally I would pass on this but, on a 1821 large cent. This made me interested!
Unfortunately, Rich has been dead for almost 6 years. I have Brunk's book somewhere. I'll have a look in a bit and get back to you.
Dead Cat Waltz Exonumia
"Coin collecting for outcasts..."
Nice counterstamp - and a 1821 LC to boot.

George Costanza, New York City???
@tokenpro Thanks this seems correct, what is your best guess on when it was made or stamped?
