Donruss Prototype Info

What is the difference between the 1980 Donruss Prototypes vs the 1981 Donruss Test series? Both feature Brett and Reggie. Anyone have examples of them side-by-side?

I understand the size (large, mini, normal), but if you look at the PSA registry for both George Brett and Reggie Jackson, there are distinct items for 1980 Donruss Prototype and 1981 Donruss Test. Are they the same and PSA has errors in how they are cataloging? I can't locate examples of anything differentiating the two.

From what I read the Brett/Jackson panel was distributed from December 1980 to January 1981.
