It's a hit on the coin, post mint damage. (PMD)
Damage from a hit, you can see the displaced metal.
By the way, nice close up picture.
I guess the next question is, should I send it to PCGS
Not worth the cost of grading.
It would not grade high enough to warrant sending out to any TPG.
