Maumee valley collection

I know these coins were slabbed by NGC but I cannot find any information on the Maumee Valley collection that was sold at Heritage. Any information appreciated. james

I have 2-3 Draped Bust Large Cents from the MV collection. Not great examples but they filled gaps. I remember wondering at the time why a bunch of low grade coins merited a custom label.

Because they paid for it, thinking the "provenance" would increase sales prices.
