Let's talk refractors for the last 20 years..

I have been buying some Orange refractors /25 of football and baseball for a while. I noticed that you can find the Topps Chrome, Bowman's best and pristine ones pretty easily. But the Bowman and Finest are a little tougher. is there some type of unspoken hierachy of the brands. I don't collect a ton of newer cards.

Please let me know what you know or some thoughts. Thanks.

I always thought Topps Chrome was #1, but maybe I am out of the loop on modern.

Slightly older than 20 years but I think Topps peaked with these. Serial #'d, die cut. Tough but not impossible. Sharp look.

They might be. I just noticed there are more of them listed than Bowman And Finest.
