Germany WW1 medal

Nice German WW1 medal finally came in mail from Germany .. Highly decorated german field marshal during WW1 General Eichhorn the inscription on reverse of the medal read “hit the enemy in his heart !” …

General Eichhorn did not survive to see the end of the war they say he was (KIA) , as I read deeper he was more likely assassinated by a Russian rebel or protester they threw a bomb at his horse carriage that what pretty much killed him

Anyone else got any German medals or coins that you’d like to share ? Pull them puppies out ! Post’em if you got’em !

    Here's a Goetz pattern I recently purchased. A lot of very well made pre war german stuff out there.
