My second aureus, so two of my pending Twelve Caesars will be gold coins!

This issue was struck 80 AD, the year the Colosseum opened. I like the elephant reverse.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

Great coin lordmarcovan. It is especially attractive in that it can be tied to a particular historic event.
