can you explain how you know they are fakes... I buy from ebay and always assume (shouldnt I guess) PCGS is pretty legit... not sure how to spot the fakes...
Attribute the coin you are reviewing, if it doesn't match a genuine one there likely is a problem. And for this group of fakes, the holders are missing the PCGS logo in the bottom right front corner and the barcodes on the labels won't scan.

PCGS is legit! These are fake coins in fake "PCGS" holders.
