U S Mint issue ??

On Aug. 10th I ordered 3 American Liberty High Relief Gold coin and paid with my credit card that gave me 5% back until Aug. 15th. Now on about Aug. 17 the mint credited back the charge on the card. Now I am out the 5% and the order hasn't even processed! I have an order # but nothing else..?
Anyone else having the same issue?

The Mint didn't credit back the charge on your credit card, the pre-authorization expired. The Mint will charge your card when the coins are ready to ship. You won't get your 5% cash back because your purchase wasn't completed by Aug. 15.

There is really no issue here. If the cash back is so important to you. You can always cancel your order.
