I am a hunter/seller I have found 3 West Point circulated Washington quarter's should I get a membership and grade the three West Point Washington quarter's before I sell them?

Not if they came from mixed coin rolls or you found them in change. If so, their condition will be such that they will not grade an MS66 or above.

Still good finds and each of them are most likely worth more than a silver quarter 😎
