OK, OK. it's a world coin, but that forum has little traffic AND since this has a photo on the cert lookup, no world coin knowledge is needed. we just need to nuke it fast.

I’m no expert when it comes to world coins, but several others both currently listed and already sold, look counterfeit to me.
