PSA on-site card show submissions

I am attending the upcoming Burbank card show. Does PSA generally have specials when they set up at card shows? If so, are they generally for those in the collectors club or for everybody?

For on-site grading I think the special is an increased price or minimum higher level service level. Don't think they really want to have lower priced specials where they then have to take the cards back with them for grading, as they would get inundated and need to hire a Brinks semi to hault it back to the OC!
