Has anyone ever seen this type of die of the obverse rim for the 1936 S Lincoln Cent coinage?

This coin scare's me. Why ?
1st- I don't want to be banned for presenting this read or the photo's that I've seen.
I don't think there's any gentle way to describe what could be PMD or a time period strike.
Lets start with one section of it's rim.
Have you ever seen letters like this before ?
