It’s been a while since I have been on here commenting. Wondering if you can tell me if this is real or fake?

Honestly...how many 52 mantles were centered that well?

Personally I would rather see that card in another person's collection than mine unless it came from a family member or I found it in a pile of junk I own. To each their own since I'm sure I'd take a Jordan rookie in that condition for $5 just to know I have one.

I'm no expert in this. But, my issue with this card is the corners. The corners just look too good considering the rest of the card has been completely abused. It kinda looks like the card had 1 or 2 really bad days and was cherished the rest of its life. It is very well centered.

Where did you see the card for sale and who is selling it? We want to steer clear of such cards. Maybe it's the only one they have which is counterfeit and an accidental purchase on their part??

It was in an auction on Live and it went unclaimed. The auctioneer is in Indiana somewhere. He had another one that was in a no name flip that he said he let go for 2k. It was trimmed badly and labeled Authentic.

I was in a short discussion with him and he hasn’t responded to my question about the COA. I’ll steer clear.

Someone’s estate sale must have been chock full of counterfeits.

There were Jordan’s on there that were GEM Grading 10s that I saw after the auctions ended and I was trying to investigate.

    Glad I didn’t drive to Indiana. 😁

I was so focused on spotting visual errors that I didn’t even notice it’s near perfect centering

ignoring any and all possible determining factors of the card itself that can be seen (given the burry photos), the "certification" sticker that has been proven time and time again as something that can be purchased on amazon should be the biggest "no" factor here.
