There is really no point in having a discussion with you. The best advice I can give you is to try something else. There are many different avenues to engage with the coin collecting hobby, but finding rare coins is absolutely 100% not for you.
It's like a tone-deaf person trying to be a professional singer - it's never going to work. Fortunately, not everyone needs to be a professional singer. Sing in the shower, if you enjoy it, but don't let anyone else hear it and, most importantly, don't invest any money in it. Better yet, forget about singing altogether and find something else that works for you.

Is that a question? If it is, it is a rhetorical question that does not spark talk about the photo, but rather comments like the ones you get, with a serving of disdain. Too bad, your metal detecting adventures could have been interesting.
