Welcome to the Forum
No sense posting blurry photos, they are useless. Picture #4 is good enough to evaluate but in the future, please crop your photos. We don’t need all that background and cropping will increase the size.
As far as your cent goes, it is caused by a grease filled die. This is a minor one and adds no value.0 -

Filled die. Could be from grease or other crud. Minor errors like these were fairly prevalent on cents in the 50s and still occur today on various coins. It's just a byproduct of the minting process.

If it was a grease filled die what would you expect to see, if not what you're looking at now?
What is a "missing die"?
Well I read on the internet .If it's missing a letter completely and is smooth it is missing a letter in the die. And because of my total ignorance to coinage. I thought wow I've got a coin that had a missing letter in the die. I looked up die and seen it's what is used to put design on coin. Well what I was looking for was a 1943 penny that wasn't steel. But now I know what transpired to make coin thank you
